Executive Assessment Program
Executive Assessment can be indispensable in evaluating prime candidates for managerial positions, and for suggesting career development strategies with currently employed executives.

The process of Executive Assessment consists of the completion of a battery of instruments designed to measure strengths and weakness in areas critical to management success. These domains generally include Work Approach, Intellectual Effectiveness and Interpersonal Relationships. Specific content areas assessed may encompass verbal and quantitative reasoning abilities, critical thinking abilities, conflict management styles, creativity, interpersonal sensitivity, pace of work, or other areas identified as important in a particular corporate culture.
